Mary's background is in nursing and had a career in the NHS but gave this up after starting a family. Discovering the benefits of massage therapy for her self, Mary decided to study an HND in Complementary Therapies. Keen to learn more completed a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage soon after. During the COVID pandemic and with lots of free time Mary put the time to good use and qualified as a Level 3 Pilates instructor... The most rewarding part of Mary's work is successfully treating people involved in sports, working or simply from the stresses and strains of daily life.
