Welcome to St Mary's Catholic Academy. We are proud members of the Painsley Catholic Academy and work closely with the other schools in our multi-academy to provide the very best opportunities for our pupils. At St Mary's we believe that education involves more than just delivering the National Curriculum. We believe that critical thinking is essentially "better thinking." When students think critically they consider complex information from a variety of sources and perspectives in order to make reasonable judgments that they can justify. We equip our pupils with the skills and attitudes they need to become confident, independent and successful learners based on our Catholic values. Our motto, "Love and Serve" serves as a constant reminder to all to achieve their true potential as a unique child of God through loving and serving Him and themselves.
