Cheryl Isaacs

Cheryl Isaacs is a Chartered and Registered Psychologist with over ten years experience within the areas of assessment, selection, training, mediation, development and is also a qualified Executive Coach. In addition, Cheryl has a specialism in helping adults with learning difficulties in the workplace and conducts assessments and developmental coaching to help people reach their potential. Cheryl has worked in both the private sector and public sector. Cheryl is a full member of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is a Registered Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HPC). Cheryl holds Level A and Level B Certificates in Occupational Testing and is trained to use a number of psychometrics including; Hogan tools, 16PF, NEO,15FQ+, OPQ, OP PRO, VMI, OIP+.

Inga Pioro

With over 12 years experience, Inga is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an HR Advisor, and moved into consulting as she relished the challenge of partnering with a range of organisations in formulating and implementing their HR strategy. She is now a Director at Synchronise Consulting Ltd, and associate of Burnham Business Psychology. Inga has been involved in the design of entire recruitment, leadership development, and talent management programmes, and she specialises in senior-level assessment for selection and development. She has experience in working across different cultures, having worked in the Middle East, US and Europe, and has worked with clients such as Shell, BP, WS Atkins, Royal Mail, UBS, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Abu Dhabi Police, Coca Cola, Ericsson and Microsoft. Inga has written a number of research articles and has recently presented at the British Psychological Society Conference, facilitating a discussion about Occupational Psychology's role in the emerging economy. Inga took her first degree in Economics and Psychology, and she holds two Masters Degrees - in HR Consulting and Occupational Psychology. She is Level A and B qualified, and is a coach on Occupational Testing programmes.

Kathryn Mearing

Kathryn has a wealth of people development experience gained during a 19 year career in Blue chip organisations such as Diageo, and has spent the last 5 years as an Independent Organisational Psychologist. She has international experience working with a broad cross-section of Private business sectors, as well as extensive experience working in the Public Sector. Her project work has focused on the following areas: Individual and group assessment design and delivery for personnel selection and development, Psychometric delivery and feedback using a range of recognised instruments, Executive coaching, Change management projects specifically in the area of Diversity and Inclusion, Auditing of Best practice in recruitment and design and delivery of Management and Assessor training. Kathryn is currently a Burnham Business Psychology Associate. Kathryn is a member of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is an Organisational Psychologist. She holds her Level A and Level B Certificates in Occupational Testing and is trained to use a number of psychometrics such as Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, Wave, Wave 360, Firo B, JCA te & ie, OPQ32 and EBW.

Peter Burnham

Peter is a Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologist who has been involved in the design and delivery of assessment and development services at all levels of organisations over the last decade. Working with clients such as: Transport for London, HSBC, Vodafone, NAB, Citibank, Barclays, Abbott Laboratories, The Legal Services Commission, Manchester Fire Brigade and Sainsbury's. Peter has experience delivering executive level assessments, coaching and career counselling. He has written a number of different research articles and has presented on numerous occasions at the British Psychological Society Conference and the National Well Being Conference. Peter is an Associate Fellow of the Division of Occupational Psychology and is Level A and B qualified. He is trained to use a number of psychometrics including: OPQ, Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, NEO-PiR, FIRO-B, Thomas International, Personality Profiler, Thomas International EQI, Thomas Kilman, Schein's Career Anchors and SHL Career Guidance Inventor.
