ELCA - Key Persons
Christoph Stettler, a Swiss national, is an attorney at law and studied business administration at London Business School. He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, consumer products and services. At McKinsey & Company he advised clients in Europe, Asia and Africa. Later he held leadership positions at a private equity portfolio company in Paris, France and Franke Group in Switzerland before joining ELCA in 2017.

Cédric Moret is CEO of the ELCA Group, which he has headed since 2015, after a 20-year career in various management positions including Procter & Gamble and McKinsey. Mr Moret studied business management at the University of Lausanne. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ferruccio Lagutaine is a Swiss and Italian national with diverse international experience. He holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universita' degli Studi di Genova (Italy). Mr Lagutaine began his career at Andersen Consulting in Sophia Antipolis where he worked for eight years, progressing from Developer to Program Manager. He then joined McKinsey & Company in Zurich in 2004 where he became Partner and led the Swiss Business Technology Office. In 2015, he joined the management team at ELCA.
Jérôme Schurink is a Swiss and Dutch national with 27+ years experience in finance. He earned a Bachelor and Master's Degree in International Management from HEC Lausanne in 1992. Mr Schurink began his career at Procter & Gamble, working in various finance roles across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for almost 12 years. In 2005, he became the CFO of a prominent commodity trading company with over 1,600 employees. Mr Schurink joined ELCA in October 2020.

Laurent Wassenberg is a Swiss national and ELCA's former Finance Director. Currently, he serves as Group General Secretary and Corporate Development, offering his extensive experience in finance, IT, and human resources to ELCA. Mr Wassenberg holds a Degree in Economics from HEC Lausanne, a qualification as an accountant, and a Master's in Business Information Systems from the University of Lausanne. He has been an ELCA Board Member since 2015.

Retus Müller is a Swiss national who joined ELCA in 2002 as Software Engineer. With a passion for digitalization and business transformation, he progressed to leadership positions in various business units, focusing on technologies and industries. Mr Müller also served as a client partner for SecuTix's international business. He now leads the industry business lines and has been a member of the Group Executive Board since 2022.
Toni La Rosa, a Swiss national with Sicilian roots, did an apprenticeship as a Computer System Engineer. He joined ELCA in 2010 as a Branch Manager, later becoming Sales Director and a Board Member. During this period, ELCA entered and grew substancially in new industry sectors. Mr La Rosa held various sales and management positions in companies including Wang Laboratories, Ascom, and Sun Microsystems.

Vanisha Renggli is the ELCA Group's Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Committee since 2018. In this role, she helps to accelerate the transformation and support the growth of ELCA by building an agile culture of engagement and innovation.

Yves Pitton has been a member of the ELCA Executive Board and head of the Group's Swiss Business Solutions Division since 2022. He has over 20 years' experience in industry, high technology and IT, including a successful period as CEO of VTX Telecom. He holds a degree in physics from the University of Lausanne, a Doctorate in Materials Science from EPFL and an MBA with honours from SDA Bocconi - Bocconi School of Management.
