We are a welcoming and inclusive junior school located in the village of Denmead, north of Waterlooville, Hampshire. The majority of our children come from Denmead and the surrounding area. We are a 3-form entry school with our 360 children organised into 3 classes per year group. Each year group are named after inspirational people. Year 3 are named after people from the "Arts". Year 4 are named after "Athletes". Year 5 are named after "Explorers". Year 6 are named after "Scientists". Our aim is that through their time at Denmead Junior School, the children will learn about 12 inspirational people and support their cultural capital development...
