I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor who has been working in private practice and GP surgeries in the Hemel Hempstead area for over 20 years. I offer counselling either face to face or online, as well as providing life coaching. I'm also a qualified supervisor and provide clinical supervision for counsellors... My counselling orientation is integrative, which means I have studied different counselling approaches and theories including Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I have experience of working with a short number of sessions and also working more longer term to suit the client's individual needs. The decision is yours as to whether you wish to undertake short or longer term counselling... Counselling is not about giving advice, but offers you a safe, supported and confidential environment in which to explore your problems
