The Aintree Motorcycle Racing Club has been racing for over 60 years at Aintree Racecourse, Liverpool. The track uses half of the old Formula 1 Grand Prix Circuit. The British Grand Prix was held here in the late 50s and 60s. Motor Cycle racing also took place in the 50s with many motor cycle legends racing here... Our Club has been racing at Aintree on the Club circuit for over 60 years now. We too have had some famous personnel start their racing career here - notably Carl Fogarty who went on to the Formula 1 and world Superbike Champion many times... We have 4 meetings a year. Our first being in May then June, July and August (Please see events for dates). All meetings are run under the ACU regulations who control all motor cycle sport in the UK.
