At Irax we've been building systems for quite some time. Starting off by writing software to switch on TV channels on the Sky service, this was followed closely by creating a custom Customer Resource Management systems (CRM) to handle the customer management needs of PayTV channels... Our customers come to us with a variety of things that need to be sorted out. Things such as My website hosting provider is not doing what I want them to do, or My Microsoft Dynamics system is not doing the customer payments right or I need to connect to Sky to launch my TV channel, or it's costing too much to take payments using the likes of worldpay - can I go direct to the bank ? We solved these problems for our customers and enabled their businesses go go places... Our technology implementations rely on Open Source, so we have used that to create all our systems. Originally hosted on the premises or in local Datacentres, we also use that experience to implement highly scaleable systems in the cloud..
