The Wee Dram is situated in Bakewell, in the heart of the Peak District Park. The oldest national park in the UK, it is near to Manchester, Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, and Birmingham so attracts millions of visitors a year. The Peak District is also a beautiful area to spend a few hours relaxing after you have worked hard at choosing your latest whisky... The Wee Dram is an independent, specialist whisky retailer based in Bakewell, Derbyshire, founded in 1998 by Adrian and Alison Murray... As well as our Bakewell Shop, situated in the heart of The Peak District, we conduct whisky tasting events, hosted by ourselves or with guest speakers from the whisky industry. We also hold the annual Wee Dram Fest each year, a festival of whisky held each October. Not to mention our successful on-line and mail order business.
