The Maypole Project aims to relieve and help preserve the mental and physical well-being of children and young people who have complex medical needs and disabilities and to support their family members as well as others who are affected by their suffering and, in certain cases, bereavement... The Maypole Project provides emotional well-being to the whole family from diagnosis (including ante-natal) through treatment and beyond. Our support is free, ongoing and flexible... Whether you are already a confident public speaker or are looking to improve and develop your skills, we want anyone who is passionate about raising awareness of The Maypole Project by attending local events and giving talks about the charity's work.
