A unique indoor soft play centre at Banbury and Cirencester. Rugrats and Halfpints are amazing venues to entertain and play, all under one roof... Rugrats in Cirencester is exceptional! We have been visiting for years and every time we go it seems to have improved further. It is clean, bright and very welcoming, there is a huge amount of interesting and fun things for all ages. The café is great and the choice of food is original and interesting, not something you would anticipate from a soft play centre. The staff are friendly and helpful, today I was mostly served by a new person, his name was Ash and I have to say he is an absolute credit to the Rugrats team. He went out of his way to deliver great service (something which is now incredibly rare anywhere.) He made my life as a lone mum with 2 children a little easier and I am very grateful. We are sadly moving away from the area next month and we will greatly miss our trips to Rugrats. I can only hope any soft play areas we visit..
