KLH SUSTAINABILITY - Key Persons
From the great white North in Canada, Hayley is our resident expert in igloo insulation, but came to KLH to apply more practical (and long-term) solutions to sustainable design and construction.
Jacira is a strong and motivated individual who exudes positive energy in any surroundings. She is enthusiastic about food and cooking meals from her Portuguese roots. Her unconventional career path and life experiences not only make for captivating conversation but also provide a unique perspective on our cities and society. Coffee and patels de nata, anyone?
Katie is on a mission to harmonise grey and green spaces by using development as a platform for biodiversity enhancement and human wellbeing. She can often be found tending to her own wellbeing on a yoga mat... or in a wetsuit!
Georgios's endless curiosity and inquisitive nature is well suited to a career in sustainable development…or globe-trotting. We are rather pleased he chose the former, but you still might find him in a London ‘taverna' sharing tales of adventure as well as sustainable innovation!
Never losing sight of what drew her to this line of work, Marietta is passionate about improving the built environment where it matters most, for communities and nature as a whole. The Mediterranean is her oyster and cinema a second home.
Sameera was drawn to horse riding at the age of five, it made her feel limitless. She applies the same fearlessness to her work and her Romanian heritage manifests itself in creative thinking. In fact, she doesn't have the word impossible in her dictionary, so if you have a complex problem, drop Sameera a line!
William always wears a smile, whether in the great outdoors or in the big city. But don't be fooled by his calm demeanour, as he has a fierce determination to create positive change. He won't stop until we live equitably within our planetary boundaries, and he plans to harness the power of human interaction in his quest!
