Bill Mather is an international expert in major transformations for governments and civil society. He draws upon 20 years as CEO in public service and charitable organisations. His skills include system design, process engineering, performance turnaround, orchestrating mergers and institution building. Bill has 19 years' experience as a programme director, CEO interim and consultant in government, public, social enterprise and not-for-profit sectors spanning justice, health and social care, home affairs, youth, and economic and social regeneration. He works internationally as expert advisor, executive coach and consultant to senior decision makers in governments, civil services, international agencies and NGOs.

Margrit Bass is a communications and stakeholding specialist with over 20 years' experience in the publishing, education and corporate relations industries. She is a writer, editor and all-round ‘creative' as well as a honed business executive. Prior to SocialPioneers, Margrit was a Copublishing Executive at The Open University where her contributions to collaborative publishing won her successive awards. In previous roles she managed the community affairs accounts of several FTSE 100 companies, ran international ICT conferences, and served as an executive director of the Institute for War & Peace Reporting, a leading NGO that gives voice to people at the front lines of conflict, crisis and change. She is also Director of Native Arrows™.
