Our commitment to quality is obvious in every drop of the spirit we make and mature on the peninsula. From traditional double distillation to blockchain technology, we embrace heritage, innovation and sustainable practises throughout our whisky making process... We have developed an award-winning range of single malt whiskies from spirit maturing in our warehouses. To give our blending team the flexiblity required to create our whiskies, we produce two types of spirit, peated and unpeated malt spirit. Our peated malt is peated to 30PPM phenols which gives our whisky a gentle nudge to smokiness. We have distilled some heavily peated malt at 80PPM too, but this is still maturing in cask, until it is ready.
