David W. Berchenbriter

David W. Berchenbriter co-founded BerchWood Partners in 2000. He spearheads the firm's origination efforts, manages fundraising assignments, and maintains Limited Partner relationships around the world. David has over 30 years of global marketing and fundraising experience and has worked with funds specializing in Buyout and Acquisition, Restructuring/Distressed Debt, Mezzanine, Venture Capital and Real Estate. Prior to forming BerchWood, David was a partner with Eaton Partners. David has also worked at Amerindo Investment Advisors as Director of Marketing and New Product Development. David was a co-founder of Devon Capital Management and has worked with Sentinel Real Estate Corporation and Smith Barney. From 1976-1979, he was a Peace Corps volunteer in Colombia. David received his BBA in economics from the University of Iowa, and has his Series 7, 24, 27, 63 and 79 licenses. Dave is registered CF30 by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Jack Senneff

Jack Senneff joined BerchWood in 2021 and focuses on origination, project management and distribution. He is responsible for managing fundraising assignments globally and BerchWood's Limited Partner relationships in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining BerchWood, he worked at Mercer as a Senior Financial Analyst. Jack has obtained his SIE, Series 63 and Series 79 licenses. Jack received his Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Hamilton College. BerchWood Partners is a Registered Broker-Dealer and a member of FINRA and SIPC. William J. Zwart

Bill Zwart joined BerchWood as a partner in 2001. He is the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Compliance Officer. He is also responsible for managing fundraising assignments globally and Limited Partner relationships primarily in North America. Bill has 35 years of experience in law, government, public policy, and communications. Before joining BerchWood, Bill was the operations director at Friends of CUNY, a not-for-profit advocacy group, for two years. Before that he worked for the New York State Senate for six years as legislative counsel and chief of staff to Hon. Franz S. Leichter. Prior to that, he worked at the Minnesota Bankers Association as associate counsel, at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission as general counsel, and at the Minnesota State Senate as counsel to Commerce Committee. Bill received a BA in journalism and political science from the University of Minnesota and a JD from William Mitchell College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York and has obtained his Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses. He is registered CF 4, CF 10, and CF30 by the Financial Conduct Authority.
