Greg Adams was admitted as a Solicitor in 1971. He has been with Randle Thomas since 1974 and is a consultant with the firm. He has practised across a wide spectrum of areas of legal work in his many years in practice. Currently, his work is mainly concentrated on commercial and agricultural property, landlord and tenant and dispute resolution work.

Janice became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 1998 and specialises in conveyancing practice, land law, contract law and landlord & tenant. She deals with all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing and has done so for 30 years. Having been born in Cornwall, she has a wealth of local knowledge.
Joe, a LLB Law graduate, qualified as a solicitor in July 2014. He graduated from Plymouth University before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England. Joe moved to Randle Thomas LLP in June 2015, having previously worked for a firm in Truro, where he completed his training contract and specialised in both contentious and non-contentious mental health and mental capacity law. Joe works within the conveyancing department of the firm, where he assists clients with freehold and leasehold residential and commercial transactions. Joe also works within the private client department, where he assists clients with Will drafting, probate applications, and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection deputyship applications.
A solicitor and member/partner of the firm specialising in Wills, Probate and Inheritance Tax, having qualified in 2009 and practised in Cornwall ever since. Lee is happy to assist clients, whatever their financial circumstances, whether for a basic Will or more complicated inheritance tax planning advice or administering estates. Lee always ensures a professional, empathetic and friendly service. The Cornwall Law Society recently awarded Lee Private Client Lawyer of the Year.
Zoe, who runs the Family, Dispute Resolution and Landlord/Tenant departments, is a qualified solicitor and has been a partner of the firm since 2013. Zoe completed her legal training with a leading South East firm and moved to Cornwall upon qualification. Zoe co-founded the junior lawyers division of Cornwall Law Society before being appointed Honorary Secretary and Treasurer for Cornwall Law Society, a position she has held for the past decade. Zoe is also a member of Resolution, which is an organisation that provides a non-confrontational approach to resolving family disputes.
