Colette Norfolk has spent 18 years recruiting marketing and business development roles in the professional services sector. She joined Leighton Taylor as a Director in 2010 from Resources Group (where she worked previously with both Giles & Victoria for 10 years). She has a wealth of experience and contacts in the industry and her straightforward and honest advice has helped hundreds of candidates and clients find their ideal matches.
Colette is equally adept at managing high profile senior appointments where she has had outstanding success or more junior vacancies where her in-depth coaching capabilities can make all the difference for her candidates. She prides herself on building outstanding long term relationships with her clients and candidates and being able to offer the best advice on the market.
Victoria joined from Resources Group where she was a Divisional Director. She has spent the last decade recruiting for marketing roles exclusively within the professional services sector and has built a huge network of contacts in the area. She has an efficient no-nonsense approach, which enables her to deliver a smooth service for both clients & candidates alike.
Victoria has worked with both Giles and Colette for many years so the team works collaboratively & seamlessly together. She operates in partnership with Colette working on an array of BD/Marketing roles at all levels ranging from Assistant to Director.
