Our school is a Catholic school and this means that God is at the centre of all aspects of life. Christ's love is reflected in all the decisions that we make as a school community and all that occurs in our school... At St Philip Howard we believe that a quality English (Literacy) curriculum should develop children's love of reading, writing and discussion. We have an English curriculum that provides many purposeful opportunities for reading, writing and discussion... We have a wonderful school with extremely hardworking and caring staff and Governors who are passionate about helping our children achieve their potential. I hope that we will be able to work together inpartnership to enable our school to continue to develop as a community that reflects the teachings of the Gospels, strives for excellence, recognises the contributions of all and treats everyone fairly and with dignity and respect.
