Mr McLean set up the practice 1978 after spending a number of years in the structures section Of Derby City Council. He had previously spent a number of years with British rail. He is now a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institution of Highways and Transportation
