Barbara has been with the practice since 1986 and is the full-time Practice Administrator responsible for the day to day running of both practices. Barbara and her team strive to deliver the highest level of care to ensure each patients experience is an enjoyable one.
Charlotte is the Head Nurse at the Stratford practice. She joined the team in 2018 and holds the NEBDN National Diploma in Dental Nursing.

Debbie joined us in March 2017 and now works part time as a receptionist in our Stratford practice.
Katrine (Kat) graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2014. During university, she won the national GSK prize in Communication Skills and was short listed for the Charles Green Prize in Oral Surgery. Kat has worked within the Community Dental Services and for the Oral and Maxillofacial team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham. She has gained her Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MFDS RCS Ed) and is a member of the British Dental Association with role of secretary for Central Counties Branch. Kat also works as a Clinical Dental Tutor at the University of Birmingham's School of Dentistry, supervising students with their clinical cases. In her spare time, Kat enjoys cooking, pilates, and being outdoors with her husband and two young sons.

Alastair qualified from Birmingham University in June 2007 alongside Dr Margaret McLoughlin. He started work at both practices immediately following his graduation. Alastair now solely works at the Stratford Practice and sees patients on a private basis.
Alastair enjoys all aspects of dentistry including implant placement and restoration, tooth whitening and aesthetic dentistry.

Anne-Louise graduated from Liverpool University in 1981 and then worked in the Community Dental Service in both Stratford and Alcester clinics. She joined the practices in 1987 following the birth of her first son. She works part-time at both practices and maintains a particular interest in the treatment of children and those with special needs. She met David on her second day at University, married him in 1984 and together they have developed the practices into what they are today.
Over the years she has attended many post-graduate training courses and has been involved with the training of new dental graduates. She is particularly interested in Tooth Whitening and is a Member of the British Dental Bleaching Society. Outside of dentistry most of her time is taken up with her family. She enjoys cooking, walking and foreign travel.
Chetana qualified from Manchester University in 1990 and has 30 years experience in general practice. She joined us in 2021 and works in the Wellesbourne practice.

David graduated from Liverpool University in 1981 and bought into the Stratford practice in 1983 after experience in general practice and the Community Dental Service elsewhere in Warwickshire. He then bought the Wellesbourne practice in 1985. Since then he alongside his wife Anne-Louise has been responsible for the considerable expansion and development of both practices.
Always keen to keep up to date with new ideas and techniques he has been on numerous postgraduate courses. He spent three years as a Clinical Assistant in Orthodontics at Warwick Hospital and spent a year on a Multi-system Implant course in Manchester. As a result he introduced Fixed Orthodontics and Implant Dentistry to the practices.
He is also very keen on staff training and development. He has helped in the establishment of Arden Dental Training. Over many years he has been involved in the training of new dental graduates in the West Midlands region and continues to be actively involved with the continuing education and personal development of fellow clinicians and staff with in the practice.
He has been a member of the Society for the Advancement in Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD) for over 30 years, is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons, a member of the International Team for Implantology and a member of the British Dental Bleaching Society (tooth whitening).
Outside dentistry he enjoys squash, walking, cycling and sailing as well as being actively involved with his family.

Jane graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2018. During her time at University Jane was awarded several prizes including the Student Cup and conducted published research on sustainable dentistry. Since graduation she has worked in busy mixed general practices gaining experience treating a range of patients. Jane is a caring dentist ensuring all patients feel at ease and has a particular interest in treating anxious patients. She is devoted to continued learning such as gaining a Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and attending courses to learn and improve her skills.
In her free time she enjoys running, walking (especially with dogs), playing hockey for her local team and travelling the world.

Joanna qualified at Gdańsk Medical Academy, Poland in 1991 and took the overseas registration exam at Birmingham and Liverpool University in 1996. She has 31 years experience in general practice. Joanna joined us in November 2021 and works at the Stratford Practice.
Justin qualified from Birmingham University in 2003, along with Sarah Watt. He worked in General Practice in the midlands before joining us in 2010. He also works at a private practice in Birmingham. Justin enjoys all aspects of Dentistry with particular interests in aesthetic dentistry, implant placement and restoration, and tooth whitening. He has undertaken a variety of post graduate training, and enjoys keeping up to date with the latest dental innovations and techniques.
Justin likes spending time with his family, cooking and socialising with friends. When he finds the time, he enjoys playing the guitar, cycling and running.
He has completed the London Marathon, Birmingham half marathon, and the "Tough Mudder" in Kettering.

Margaret (Mags) graduated from Birmingham University in 2007 alongside Alastair Webb. She then worked for five years in a private practice in Birmingham before joining the practice in October 2012.
Matthew qualified from Sheffield in 2000 and undertook his Vocational Trainee year in Lincoln. He has since worked in Bedworth, Rugby and Leamington Spa before joining us in January 2011.
His hobbies outside work include running, reading and travelling.

Kate joined us 2013 and works part time in business development and marketing role.
Kelly joined the team in October 2022 as a Trainee Dental Nurse at the Wellesbourne Practice. She will be working towards the NEBDN National Diploma in Dental Nursing. She holds the Level 2 Diploma in Infection Prevention Control
Lauren holds the Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3 QCF City & Guilds and works across both practices.
Lauren discovered her passion for dentistry back in 2012 where she began working as a dental nurse in her hometown of Birmingham. In 2017, Lauren began studying at Peninsula Dental School where she not only graduated with first class honours, but her dedication and commitment earned her multiple awards. Since then, Lauren has worked in NHS and private practices, and joined the team at Langman's in January 2023.
Lauren's caring and calming nature is what gives her a genuine approach, and she takes pride in building patients confidence and aims to keep long professional relationships with her patients.

Lorraine has worked for the practice as a receptionist in Stratford since 1985. She is also the Purchasing Manager for both practices with responsibilities for the purchase of all stock, sundries, dental equipment and service contracts.

Sam joined us in 2014 and works part time at the Wellesbourne practice.
Sam joined the practice in 1995 as a dental nurse, GDC Number: 111240. She now works part time as our HR & Compliance Manager and ensures both practices are up to date with all necessary legislation. Sam has an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management. She also helps lead the Dental Implant and Dental Sedation teams within the practices.
Sam is the Course Co-ordinator for Arden Dental Training Centre planning and delivering internal Continuing Professional Development for the team and delivering First Aid and Basic Life Support Training. Outside of the practice, Sam is an Associate Examiner for the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN) and also a Subject Matter Expert for NEBDN specialising in the National Diploma qualification, the Dental Implant Nursing qualification and the Dental Radiography for Dental Nurses qualification.
Sophie started her dental journey in 2014 as a dental nurse, leaving Langmans in 2020 to train as a Dental Hygiene Therapist. Sophie graduated from Teesside University in 2023 with a First-class honours in Dental Therapy.
To enhance her skills as a Dental Therapist, Sophie is completing a foundation year in Leicester, providing examinations, fillings and periodontal care to both adults and children.
Sophie is passionate about empowering individuals to be aware of their periodontal health. Sophie adopts a holistic approach, integrating comprehensive care in a calm, non-judgmental manner.
