It is with great sadness that we must announce that, due to a critical illness in the business, Oxford Vacuum Science Ltd is no longer able to offer vacuum deposition systems. We will, where ever possible, continue to support our existing installed base but we are no longer able to provide the high level of on-line support we once were. We also no longer have access to our trusted machined parts partner but will continue to support until residual parts run out. This includes glass jar upper chamber replacements, source terminal clamp sets etc. But we can still have consumables, such as box baffle reflectors made by our sheet metal supplier... We would like to thank all those who have trusted OVS with their custom over the 20 years for which we have been trading, and all those suppliers who have made it possible.
