Claire Lawrence

From first point of contact to final completion, Claire ensures that every stage of our programmes is delivered smoothly and hassle-free. Claire leads the Client Operations team, working to drive first class service for our clients. Blending smooth efficiency with a friendly demeanour, Claire builds trusting relationships with our clients who count on her and her team to deliver their programmes. Prior to joining The Wellbeing Project in 2019, Claire worked as an Executive Assistant within the Investment Banking and Financial Services industries. Her keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering the best possible experience for our clients are an integral part to the success of each and every project.

Helen Beckingham

Helen is driven by a fundamental belief that everyone is inherently capable of personal growth. Helen is a qualified executive coach, consultant and facilitator. A scientist with heart, she brings together knowledge of neuroscience and how the brain works with a great ability to relate to others. Combined with a desire to facilitate transformational change, this enables individuals and teams to achieve their best. Helen excels in creating an environment of trust. She understands the challenges in business, and operates with commitment and integrity to ensure optimum conditions for success. Helen has over 20 years of professional experience in industry (primarily healthcare and technology) and has worked extensively with executives, leaders and managers to achieve their goals. Helen is a Full Member of the Association for Coaching.

Jackie Barber

Jackie is a Business Psychologist and certified executive coach. Passionate about psychological wellbeing, she has deep experience of coaching and facilitating workshops for individuals and teams in a wide range of organisations. With a warm and encouraging style, Jackie helps ensure managers and leaders are equipped with the strategies and skills needed to achieve healthy, sustainable performance. At The Wellbeing Project, Jackie was the internal lead in developing the Wraw psychometric tool and now has extensive experience in using Wraw for coaching, as well as team and organisational wellbeing initiatives. Jackie is accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and BSc in Psychology. She also holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Certificate in Counselling Skills. With an in-depth knowledge of psychometrics, she is a qualified trainer of the British Psychological Society Occupational Test User Qualifications, as well as the EQ-i2.0 emotional intelligence tools and Hogan Assessments. Prior to working in consultancy, Jackie was Communications Director at a global risk management company.

Jenny Beech

Jenny leads our expert team of Business Psychologists and specialist facilitators to deliver powerful wellbeing programmes that create lasting change. As Client Delivery Lead, Jenny's primary focus is to drive exceptional client delivery across all our projects. She works closely with our clients to develop a strong partnership with the wellbeing of their people at its heart. She leads our team of Business Psychologists and expert facilitators to deliver highly interactive, evidence-based resilience and wellbeing programmes that actually create change. Prior to joining The Wellbeing Project, Jenny worked in the Financial Services industry for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in relationship management, learning & development and has managed wellbeing teams to deliver global projects. Jenny has a strong passion for ensuring wellbeing is at the heart of people development.

Jo Fielder

Jo is our Business Development Lead, heading up an experienced team of Client Relationship Managers. Drawing on many years of experience in the wellbeing sector, she works closely with our business psychologists to bring together tailored packages of support that align with each organisation's core objectives. She develops a strong connection with each of our clients, and her first priority is to ensure organisations get a first-class experience. A trusted adviser on best practice, Jo builds lasting partnerships with our clients, many of whom have been with us for a number of years.

Justin Cunningham

Justin is a highly experienced leadership development consultant and executive coach with a passion for turning strategy into action. During a successful 18-year career as a Royal Marine Commando, Justin undertook a variety of challenging leadership appointments from front line operational service in Kuwait, Bosnia and Iraq to programme director roles in the Ministry of Defence. He then spent five years in senior NHS performance improvement and change management roles, and was tasked by the Department of Health to initiate and lead networks to improve the provision of military health services in the NHS for veteran's mental health, wellbeing, resilience and prosthetic services. Justin holds a Master's Degree, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a qualified executive coach. He is also an accredited practitioner of EQi, MiRo and SDI psychometric tools. He is adept at creating engaged high-performing teams, improving organisational processes and developing executives, with an overarching focus on health and wellbeing.

Khara Rogers

Khara's organisational skills, keen eye for detail and drive to seek efficiencies, mean that programs are delivered efficiently and effectively. Khara is a valued member of the Client Operations team. She works with clients and facilitators to ensure the logistical elements of a program run seamlessly. Khara has a keen interest in wellbeing, particularly nutrition and enjoys putting her knowledge into practice to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Prior to joining The Wellbeing Project, Khara spent over 11 years working in consultancy and business development positions at top 100 law firms, both in London and nationally.

Natasha Nixon

The Wellbeing Project is supported by an expert team who ensure we consistently deliver on the promises we make to our clients. Natasha plays a key role in ensuring that the technology that sits behind our solutions is effectively managed and implemented. Natasha is a much valued team member who played a key administrative role supporting the team & our Wraw Platform before moving into her role as Systems and Data Project Manager. With over 20 years of invaluable experience working for large blue-chip organisations such as Pfizer & Dyson and also smaller businesses such as the local preschool, Natasha has a unique skill set that she applies to problem solve, drive and deliver key projects both internally and externally, while keeping the focus on achieving outstanding results for our clients.

Nicola Shergold

Nicola is a Chartered Business Psychologist with over 17 years of experience working in the areas of people selection, leadership and development. Nicola is an experienced trainer and facilitator with a relaxed, lively and supportive style, and believes passionately in guiding others to reach their full potential. She works with individuals and teams, helping them to identify both individual and collective team strengths and challenges, and providing guidance and support to explore strategies and changes to enhance results. Nicola has extensive knowledge around the use of psychometric assessments to support clients in their personal development, growth and resilience at both a team and individual level. She is a Senior Instructor for Wraw and is a qualified trainer for the British Psychological Society Test User and Personality (TUA-TUP) Test Accreditation and global psychometrics including Hogan (HPI, MVPI, HDS) and the EQ-i2.0 and EQ360 assessments of emotional intelligence.

Nikhita Blackburn

Nikhita is an experienced Business Psychologist with significant expertise in facilitation, talent development, research and public speaking. She has in-depth knowledge of using psychometrics to solve business challenges and enhance wellbeing, having worked with all levels of staff across a wide range of sectors and FTSE 100 organisations. Nikhita is passionate about applying psychological insights to help individuals and teams. She gained a BA in Experimental Psychology at Oxford University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology at City University London. She applies this robust academic background to make a tangible difference to people's lives and work. Nikhita is an experienced facilitator, trainer and coach. Her style is inclusive, engaging and adaptable. Clients often remark on her depth of knowledge, supportive nature and passion for the topic. Sam is a certified NLP neuroscience practitioner, C-suite executive coach, certified trainer with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health. She works directly with senior leaders and teams as a resilience and wellbeing expert, specialising in both physical and mental resilience, neuroscience, energy and change management. As a dedicated thought leader within the wellbeing industry, Sam drives research to bring best practice and innovation to an expanding area of great social need. A pioneer in the field of wellbeing, Sam launched Wraw, the world's first psychometric tool and survey to measure resilience and its impact on wellbeing. She is now focussed on bringing together the very best of digital and in person solutions to fully integrate wellbeing into how the world does business.

Sandra Ordel

With in-depth knowledge of leading psychometric tools, Sandra is spearheading the further development of the Wraw psychometric tool to provide robust, data-driven wellbeing solutions for our clients. She has extensive consulting experience in the areas of assessment, coaching and group facilitation. In a world of work that is undergoing unprecedented change, she is passionate about giving individuals, teams and leaders the knowledge and tools to continue to thrive. Sandra has in-depth knowledge of leading psychometric tools such as the Hogan suite, MBTI and EQi 2.0. She has also designed and facilitated learning and development interventions in the areas of leadership, EQ, career and team development. Sandra is building relationships with psychometric distributors around the world who are ready to expand their offering to incorporate workplace resilience and wellbeing. She is also a lead facilitator for the Wraw Accreditation programmes and is passionate about giving practitioners the knowledge and skill they need to deliver wellbeing and resilience solutions with real impact. 

Sarah Thum-Bonanno

Sarah's robust academic background in the field of psychology and passion for wellbeing have built her reputation as a highly regarded and much loved coach and facilitator. Sarah's long-standing interest in psychology and the human brain led her to study psychology at Bristol University. She went on to pursue clinical psychology roles in the NHS, before undertaking her MSc in Health Psychology at UCL. As a research psychologist, Sarah investigated medicine decision-making, health attitudes/behaviour and organisational health. In 2015, Sarah decided to focus on the practical application of organisational psychology and has been facilitating workshops and training ever since. Sarah is a qualified coach and is accredited in a number of psychometrics including Myers-Briggs personality profiling. Sarah is a keen yoga practitioner and teacher at Triyoga in London. She has found that yoga, meditation and mindfulness play a key role in wellbeing and stress management.

Stephen Wood

Combining expertise in mental health, people development and marketing, Stephen is well-placed to spread the word about the paramount importance of living well at work. Stephen has dedicated his career to the development of individuals and organisations. He has a particular interest in ensuring people have the support they need to succeed at every stage of their career. He co-founded an emerging leadership development company to bring cutting-edge training and coaching to emerging leaders in FTSE 100 companies. He has also worked with schools to develop emotional wellness and career readiness programmes, and is a volunteer counsellor for MindOut in Brighton. Stephen believes in life-long learning and he remains committed to his own development. He studied education at Oxford University, he is a qualified Co-Active coach, and he has gone on to complete additional training in counselling and solution focused therapy. He has a long-standing yoga and mindfulness practice and in 2012 he co-founded a leading London yoga studio. He is also a linguist and speaks French and Italian. He has a highly empathic approach to facilitation. He creates open spaces for delegates to learn, ask questions and set about making change. In addition to his work coaching and facilitating, Stephen leads the marketing at The Wellbeing Project, spreading the word about the paramount importance of living well at work.

Tracey Cheason

Tracey provides essential support to assist the smooth delivery of all of our wellbeing programmes. Tracey is a highly organised professional with an exceptional eye for detail. Her priorities are making sure our processes run smoothly and all our documentation and reports are produced to a high quality and professional standard. Bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles in large international businesses, charities and the health sector, Tracey also brings prior legal expertise after 14 years as a Contract Specialist. Outside of her role with The Wellbeing Project, Tracey can be found organising small to medium events and teaching in her local swing dance community.
