Boyan Sotirov

Boyan Sotirov is a Technology Director for the Eneterprise Connectivity department at Telelink. His jorney in the company begun in 2017 as a Technical Training Manager where his main task was to develop and conduct internal training to support the development of the juniour employees. During that time he also sucessfully lead a couple of big projects in the field of Enterprise Communications and Service Provider Networking. In 2019 Boyan was appointed as a Destingueshed Technology Expert and assigned to lead an Enterprise Connectivity team of six engineers. In 2021 was promoted to Director for all Enterprise Connectivity teams. He is involved in the daily operations, supervising big projects and working on always developing and extending the skills of the teams under his management. Boyan has a vast experience in the fields of Networking and Telecommunications which includes Routing and Switching, Enterprise Wireless, Networking Security and Data Center Networking. Before joining Telelink Boyan has worked as Technical Solution Designer for DXC (formerly HPE) and as Senior Service Engineer for Unify (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications).

Detelin Alexandrov

Detelin Alexandrov has over 25 years of experience in the IT sector. He has been through various technical and managerial positions. He joined the Telelink team in 2011, being responsible for key clients in the public sector of the Telelink Group. He has progressed through Commercial Director at TIS and Senior BDM at TBS. As IoT Director, Detelin has the responsibility to develop the business line with innovative solutions and solid market positions for TBS in the public and corporate sectors.

Erton Graceni

Job Titles:

Erton holds a master's degree in Business Management & Technology from the Sheffield University, UK and a bachelor degree in Information Technology from University of Tirana. He also completed an Executive MBA in General Management at Harvard Business School. During his professional experience he has worked for different Albanian and foreign companies and as a consultant for several governmental and international organizations such as the World Bank, World Health Organization, UNDP, the Office of Prime Minister of Albania, etc. He is very much involved in activities which aim to improve the business performance of young entrepreneurs in Albania. He has contributed to the tech community as part of Protik Innovation Center where he held the position of Executive Director. His international experience includes also the position of senior project manager at one of Canada's leading fintech startups, managing projects with Mastercard Global and TD Bank. As of September 2021, he holds the position of Country Director for Telelink Albania.

Florin Iovu

Florin is responsible for the company's operational readiness and business development in Romania. He joined the team in March 2022 after having a broad experience in different IT multinational companies and having different roles like IBM/Key Account Manager, Microsoft/Services Director, Oracle/Applications Director and Dell Technologies/TLA Executive for CEE. He also successfully started up Comparex in Romania (a System Integrator that was later merged into SoftwareONE operations). Florin enjoys to be engaged in different entrepreneurial activities like representing an incubator and start-up accelerator in Romania, starting one of the first organic coffee shops in Bucharest, creating a meditation studio or building a business on Amazon.com. He is an active member of CEO Club in Romania. He received an MA in Quality Management form Polytechnics University of Bucharest and graduated successfully from different programs like INSEAD - Business Strategy and Financial Acumen or IBM Global Sales School.

Irina Marinova - Ivanova

Irina Ivanova has more than 18 years of experience in communication strategy and advertising She has worked with companies, built on businesses in numerous fields, sizes, and stages of development, and created communication products that add value by serving businesses' and people's needs. At TBS, she leads a team of marketing and design professionals and oversees the organization's marketing and communication ventures. Irina is developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence.

Ivan Zhitiyanov - CEO

Ivan Zhitiyanov's career started when he was 15, working as a Java software developer. After four years of developing software in two companies, he decided to follow his passion for networking that he had for many years. To expand his networking knowledge, he started working at Orbitel, the biggest incumbent challenger in Bulgaria in the first years of liberalization of the telco market. Ivan began working at Telelink in 2006, searching for diversity of projects and customers, eager to learn more in various fields.  Although for the last 12 years he has been managing different segments and functions in Telelink, he has kept his passion and involvement in the technical side of the business. His journey at Telelink led him through almost all steps in a mid-sized company career ladder. In 2012, he took responsibility for the whole System Integration business unit. During the following five years, the business unit was growing stellar, which led to its spin-off under the brand Telelink Business Services with Ivan as executive director. In July 2019, Telelink Business Services became a group of companies operating in seven countries with Ivan Zhitiyanov as a CEO.

Ivo Rusev - Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer, Ivo Rusev is actively involved in the presales and sales processes of Telelink Business Services, while dealing with our trusted customers both from the private and public sectors. Ivo became part of Telelink Business Services in 2018 after his 7-year experience in Microsoft Bulgaria where he had gained significant experience in creating subsidiary strategy for the commercial and public sector, as well as in organizational leadership. He also worked at IBM as Integrated Technology Service Manager and Technical Support Sales. He believes in inspiring individuals and fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability and collaboration. In addition, he is passionate about leading Digital Transformation Projects and empowering technical sales to drive business growth and accelerate customer value realization. He holds a Master's degree from the Plovdiv University.

Jordanka Klenovska - CFO

As Financial Director, Jordanka Klenovska is currently in charge of all Finance and Accounting processes within TBS Bulgaria as well as the reporting and consolidation process on a Group level. She is an experienced Head Accountant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. For the last 15 years, she has been part of Telelink Business Services on various finance and accounting roles, where she developed skills in financial and management reporting, direct and indirect taxation, team management and leadership, etc. She has graduated from the Sofia University with a Master's Degree in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.

Konstantin Tomanov

Konstantin is currently holding the position of Director Information Security in Telelink Business Services. As part of Information Security directorate are the ASOC and Cybersecurity teams which are providing monitoring and implementation services of solutions helping customers to improve their cybersecurity posture. Started working in in Telelink Business Services in 2015 as System architect providing implementation services and desing for various enterprise solutions. Before joining TBS, Konstantin has been in charge of the IT infrastructure for utility company involed in different infrastructure renovation projects. With more than 15 years of experience in the ICT, Konstantin has completed successfully numerous porjects and achieved valuable certifications.

Martin Lipovski

Martin Lipovski has been TBS Academy's director since it was created in 2021. He started his career at TBS in 2004 as an engineer, taking part in the company's biggest projects. In the following years he took on different roles, contributing to TBS's growth - Technical Project Manager, Head of Field and System Engineers, Team Lead Support Services. He supported the presales process in the company and before the start of the TBS Academy, held the position of Technical Operations Manager. Alongside these roles he has been responsible for the company's cooperation with schools and universities with and has more than 10 years of experience as a lecturer and internships coordinator. Martin holds a Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise certificate, as well as ITIL 3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

Nelia Vateva

Nelia joined TBS in 2019 and has been part of the sales, business development and partnerships teams. Since 2020, she leads the Partners and Channels Team which is responsible for managing the relationships with over 50 global vendors across all technology groups. Since, 2021 she has been also dedicated on building a network of partnerships and leading business opportunities for projects at NATO. Nelia has 12 years of experience in direct and indirect sales and business development. She acquired her university degree in International Business Management at Brunel University in London. In 2010, she started her professional career at IBM where she worked as part of their largest European business transformation project at the time. She then spent the following 5 years working as a sales lead across multiple industries including real estate, financial and government sector. In her free time, she enjoys time in nature, travelling overseas, going on adventures, and practicing yoga.

Ognyan Yuskeseliev

Currently holding the position of Director Modern Workplace and Application Services in Telelink Business Services, Ognyan is in charge of the teams that are responsible for delivering our workplace of the future, software innovation, and data solutions. Ognyan started his journey in Telelink Business Services in 2015 as Solution Manager, as part of the technology presales team focused on helping customers finding the right Microsoft solutions for their business. Before joining Telelink Business Services, Ognyan was a Senior architect in DXC (former HPE) focused on cloud productivity solutions, and he was involved in one of the most significant transformation projects of the company. During these more than 15 years of experience in the ICT area, Ognyan achieved numerous certifications like TOGAF Certified, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Orlin Rusev

As Regional Director of Operations, Orlin Rusev is responsible for the company's operational readiness and business development in the SEE region. Orlin is also Partners and Channels Director, responsible for driving momentum on partnerships, paving the way for a prosperous and healthy partner ecosystem. He joined the team in 2016 as a product manager and grew within the partnership team and the company. Before Telelink, Orlin worked in the automotive industry, where he was responsible for partner ecosystem development and sales, reaching the role of Business Unit Director. Teodor Dobrev - CTO

Teodor Dobrev is Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the technical business development, the solutions we create for our customers and the overall strategy execution. He started his career for Telelink in 2005 as a junior engineer involved in different networking and VoIP projects. In the following years he continued to develop his technical expertise in Networking, Unified Communications and Data Centers solutions, completing broad range of projects. Since 2010 Teodor was taking different management positions, being responsible for Managed Services Department, Integration Department and later Pre-sales and Solutions department, while still keeping his interest in technology, innovations and creating valuable impact. From July 2019 Teodor is member Board of Directors at Telelink Business Services Group.

Vesela Lukarska

As a Director of Service Management Office Vesela Lukarska is responsible for ITIL based processes - Service Operations (Service Desk, Incident management, Problem management, Event management, etc.), Service Design (Service Catalog, SLA, etc.), Service Transition, and is taking a leading part in the Service Strategy. Vesela is an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. For over 15 years in Telelink Business Services, she has developed extensive skills in Service Delivery, ITIL, IT Service Management and Pre-Sales. She has also been part of the PMI Bulgaria Chapter as member of the Advisory Board, as well as a Vice President for Membership.
