Anita Chester

Anita brings with her many years of experience in the apparel supply chain including driving collaborative market transformation initiatives centered around scalable, measurable social and environmental impact. In fashion she is passionate about accelerating a big shift to next-gen and circular fibres including fostering system wide scale of regenerative agricultural practices. She believes in harnessing the power of markets to drive inclusive, climate and nature positive growth. Prior to joining Laudes India, she worked at IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative managing their cotton program and The Better Cotton Fast Track Fund. She has also been CEO South Asia at Cotton Connect working closely on the ground in building capacity for sustainable cotton initiatives and their market linkages. She currently serves on the Investor Advisory Board of the Good Fashion Fund and of the Organic Cotton Accelerator.

Bernadette Blom

Bernadette has around 25 years structured finance and strategic advisory experience of which more than 17 years of experience in impact investment advisory. Bernadette is partner of FOUNT since 2011 (previously named Goodwell Advisory Services). Within FOUNT, Bernadette has been leading several strategic assignments including assignments focusing on corporate strategies, feasibility studies, impact investment strategies and frameworks, etc. Bernadette is (part-time) Director of BIX Capital, an initiative of Shell Foundation, Cardano Development and FOUNT, and IC member of Good Fashion Fund. She worked with different type of clients in amongst others Nicaragua, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Kenya and also for reputable impact investors such as Oikocredit, FMO, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Bernadette is currently Board member at Aqua for all. Before establishing FOUNT, Bernadette co-founded Corporate Connect, a financial advisory firm with a focus on impact investing in emerging markets, worked at Accenture as senior strategy consultant, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi investment banking (London) and ABN AMRO Bank's investment banking division (Amsterdam).

Bob Assenberg

Bob has over 20 years of investment experience including several years as fund manager. Additionally, he has hands-on general management experience in microfinance and SME banking. Bob has been in a number of Investment Committees and Supervisory Boards and is currently member of the Supervisory Board and IC for BIX Capital as well as Advisory Committee-member for the Mergence Renewable Energy Debt Fund. Bob is partner of FOUNT. Within FOUNT, Bob has been leading in the long-term assignment for portfolio management and refinancing of a social housing loan portfolio in 17 emerging countries and played a key role in ‘investment readiness' assignments for several clients. For FOUNT, Bob is the lead for structuring and setting up of the Good Fashion Fund as well as the lead advisor for Agri3, a joint initiative of Rabobank and UN for sustainable agriculture in emerging markets. Bob has a vivid interest in the microfinance, housing and energy sector and has been on assignments in numerous countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Central- and South Eastern Europe.

Buck van der Kolk

Buck did research on sustainability in the beef sector at the Ministry of Agriculture. After that he did an internship at the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank FMO where he worked on the sustainability framework for agricultural investments. During his studies he focused on international sustainability challenges, and he went to Spain and Senegal for a couple of months to look into sustainable entrepreneurship. Buck holds a master's degree in Agricultural Economics from the Wageningen University, with a bachelor's in Development Economics.

Chimwemwe De Gaay Fortman

Chimwemwe is an Investment Committee Member with the Good Fashion Fund. She has 25 years of corporate finance experience, covering among others deal origination, (re)structuring and risk management. She has worked in the development finance sector (FMO), and has covered both SMEs & large corporates whilst at Rabobank.

Jayanth Kashyap B

Jayanth is an investment professional with over a decade's experience in impact investing, impact advisory, venture capital and sustainability. He has led investments end-to-end across multiple asset classes, sectors and regions across Asia and Africa. In his advisory roles, Jayanth has led multi-cultural and international teams to implement detailed impact advisory projects across emerging markets for impact funds, non-profits, foundations, innovation & development consultancies and governments. Previously, he was the Director (Impact Investing) at Aequalitas Capital Partners and worked in impact firms such as Ennovent, Social Finance and Grameen Impact. He completed his MBA from the University of Oxford (Saïd Business School) and BBA from the University of Madras. He is also a Gender Lens Investing Fellow (Asia) of the 2X Global initiative.

Lisa Hall

Lisa Hall is a Senior Fellow at Georgetown University's Beeck Center where she is leading the Beeck Center's work on Fair Finance and inclusive economy. Using the tools of impact investing and philanthropy, she has served in executive roles across multiple sectors in the United States and abroad. Previously, Lisa was Managing Director at Anthos Asset Management, headquartered in Amsterdam, where she was based for three years. She served as CEO and President of the Calvert Foundation from 2010 to 2013. Current board seats include City First Bank; Toniic; and Habitat for Humanity International.

Rogier van Mazijk

Rogier van Mazijk is an Investment Committee Member with the Good Fashion Fund. Rogier works on the themes of innovation, sustainability, and textile technology. He currently is the fund manager for Textiel Innovatie Fonds and has previously served as the Investment Director of Fashion for Good, one of the initiators of the Good Fashion Fund. Rogier brings corporate finance and M&A experience from Houlihan Lokey and Alvarez & Marsal. He holds a Masters degree from University of Birmingham. Sabien Deneer

Sabien has worked in finance positions for various profit and non-profit organisations for over 20 years. Besides having a masters degree in General Linguistics, she is a Qualified Business Controller (QC). The seven years she spent working and living in Botswana and Ghana acquinted her with development issues and sparked her interest in impactful busniness models. Sabien joined FOUNT as of 1 October 2019 and is already somewhat familiar with the firm thanks to her work for Goodwell in 2012-2013. Prior to joining FOUNT she worked for Porticus CV as a business controller.

Samira Saidi

Samira started her career at the Commercial Bank of Africa in the risk management department and thereafter offered pre-investment support to various Small and Medium Sized companies in East Africa. Prior to joining FOUNT, she was a Senior Analyst at Ernst and Young LLP where she worked on various transactional advisory assignments in infrastructure, financial services, retail, and hospitality. She has supported various projects in due diligences, financial modelling, feasibility studies and data analysis. Samira is passionate about building communities in developing countries through impact financing and was Project Manager to a social impact green bond in Kenya sponsored by Cardano Development B.V and Water Finance Facility. She holds a Master's with Distinction in Development Finance from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Economics from Strathmore University.

Sruthi Ramesh

Sruthi is a Chartered Accountant from India, who completed her Masters in Financial Economics at Rotterdam. She has worked at PwC (audit) and EY (deals and strategy) on various engagements dealing with clients from OEMs, apparel and pharmaceuticals. She is passionate about making an impact and has been actively associated with NGOs in India and in the Netherlands working on projects such as providing relief to victims of flood, and promoting International Justice education at The Hague. She is also a part-time Lecturer at Erasmus University, providing courses on public speaking and debate.

Vanessa Cheung

Vanessa is the MD of Nan Fung Development Ltd., and the founder of The Mills Fabrica - an HK-based innovation, tech- intensive textile incubator & retail destination. Vanessa is also the founder of The Keep Moving Project, which provides health programmes to schools & underprivileged children.
