Our mission is to help create healthy, livable communities that will benefit our entire city, its residents and the regional economy that is inextricably tied to it... Since its creation in 1948, the Sears-Swetland Family Foundation has been committed to Cleveland. Our mission is to support healthy, livable communities through grants to non-profit organizations in the focus areas of environmental health, environmental education, and urban sustainability.
