Dirk Schlarmann - Managing Director

As composite project coordinator in the Toyota Formula 1 team he was responsible for the internal production and project management for the manufacture of safety-related carbon fiber components. After moving into restructuring consulting he spent several years in different countries as project manager for creating turnaround (going concern) and profit improvement concepts in the automotive, plant construction and engineering fields. As a senior manager he also took on several operational and interim management assignments. His particular expertise lies in the practical approach to implementing sustainable yield increases in operational functions of the company.

Dr. Holmer Glietz - Managing Director

In his years working as a restructuring consultant, Dr. Holmer Glietz has successfully accompanied a variety of mid-cap companies in various stages of restructuring. He previously worked in strategy consulting. As an interim manager (CRO, CFO), he was both responsible for the concept development (restructuring report by IDW S6) and the successful implementation of turnarounds, as well as leading companies to a subsequent phase of growth. Dr. Glietz has a degree in economics and earned his PhD at the Department of Organization Theory at the WHU and the Wharton School of Business with his thesis on the influence of the mid-level hierarchy on change processes in companies. In addition, he is actively involved in various research projects on restructuring and crisis management.
