Barb Nielson is a part time Business Analyst for our office. She has 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst prior to her semi-retirement in April of 2020. She is responsible for documentation and maintenance of all our processes, along with identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. She is focused on making sure our team has the tools needed to ensure our client's experience is second to none!
Barb is married to David and resides in Owatonna, MN. She enjoys gardening, crafting, repurposing old items, and her 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She is the President of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 77 and is also proud to be Amy's mother.
