Ali completed his bachelor's degree in computer science, but his interest in public affairs led him to get a graduate degree in public affairs at the University of San Francisco. During his graduate school, he was a member of multiple local and state progressive campaigns teams and later joined President Obama's 2012 winning campaign in Nevada. After graduation, Ali started working in a hardware startup at Silicon Valley as a software product manager and led the development of their new design application and embedded software. He worked across hardware and software teams from Intel, Panasonic, and Sony during this time. Ali is leading the OPTT's development team and works closely with customers and the research team to define and develop features that make the everyday job of mental health teams easier and smarter.

Aran Ron is a physician who received his MD from University of Pennsylvania, trained in internal medicine at New York Hospital and obtained his MBA/MPH at Columbia University. He was the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Group Health Inc/Emblem, and Medical Director at Oxford Health Plan and at New York Downtown Hospital. He was a founder and served as President of Partners Health Plan (a special needs MLTC plan). He was an Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners and was part of the founding team and Chief Medical Officer of Oscar Health Plan as well as co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Kaden Health - a virtual telemedicine company focusing on treating patients with opioid disorders. He is an investor, board member and consultant to various early stage companies and has participated in several fundraising rounds and exits including Data Driven Delivery System, Pricefalls, Accuity, Nalari, Oscar and Second Wave. He has published articles in medical journals, served on local and national committees such as URAC and on non-for profit boards including chair at St. Christopher Inc as well as member of the board at New Jewish Home Nursing Home and Metropolitan Council on Poverty. He has lectured at Cornell Medical College (where he received a best teacher of the year award) and Columbia Business School.

It was Ava's passion about Neuroscience, Cognitive Disorders and Mental Health that led her to make a substantial switch from her background in Engineering to the field of Neuroscience after completing her first masters in BioMedical Engineering. She received her 2nd graduate degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Pierre and Marie Curie in Paris and since then she has held a variety of research assistant positions at Biomedical Department of Paris Descartes University and Adolphe de Rothschild Foundation Hospital in Paris. In her pursuit of her interests, Ava joined the OPTT team in early 2020 and has assisted the company in different positions. As a content manager she works closely with the research team to deploy research into a working and viable platform for clients to utilize.

Christina Dragonetti is a healthcare business executive based in NYC. She has played a variety of executive business roles in the US healthcare market for over 3 decades, including experience with developing and marketing technology and information solutions to address healthcare reimbursement, coordination of benefits, payment accuracy, health plan member communication and engagement, and other solutions addressing cost effectiveness, efficiency, and analytic advances in healthcare delivery. Her experience includes working on both the healthcare delivery and payment sides of the industry, including sales and service to providers of healthcare such as hospitals, integrated delivery networks, and physician groups. She has also worked extensively with healthcare payers, including government agencies such as CMS and state Medicaid agencies in almost every US state, and a wide array of for-profit health plans including the large publicly traded organizations.

Dogu Celebi, is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with an outstanding track record of building products and delivering and commercializing new solutions across the healthcare continuum. He has more than 20 years of operational and leadership experience in the healthcare industry including population health management, digital health, data science, analytics and epidemiology. Dogu is currently an Executive partner at Ardan Equity, private equity investment and advisory firm dedicated to partnering with CEO's to add value and accelerate growth. Ardan focuses exclusively on the unique market opportunities and growth needs of firms in the healthcare enterprise software sector.

Dr. Amir Shirazi is a medical doctor with a Ph.D. in physics of complex systems. He has extensive machine learning and data science expertise, working in the IT industry as data scientist with a focus on natural language processing. Dr. Shirazi is interested in different psychotherapy approaches and the role of language and language construct in behavioral approaches. He is now trying to develop a quantitative foundation to formulate psychotherapy using recent advances in machine learning models of natural language processing.

Dr. Mohsen Omrani is a medical doctor and also has a PhD in neuroscience. He has extensive background in clinical and basic science research. He is passionate to combine his expertise in medicine, neuroscience, and consumer electronics and applications to bridge the gap between the clinical and technology worlds. Dr. Omrani is a Vanier CGS alumni and Banting Postdoctoral fellow, attesting to his academic and scientific excellence and his leadership prowess.

Kaveh has received his medical doctorate from Tehran University of Medical sciences. After graduation, while he was working as a medical manager in F&M Neurology clinic in Los Angeles, he passed the US medical board exam and became a member of the American Medical Association. His interest has always been in medical administration and mental health, so he moved to Atlanta and earned his Health Policy and Management MPH degree with mental health concentration from Emory University. He has done extensive research in the field of mental and public health. To pursue his passion for business, entrepreneurship, intellectual property, and medical technology, he obtained his MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Alavi, psychiatrist, is one of the pioneers of online CBT, and OPTT's proprietary therapy modules are designed based on the outcomes of her research and validated through 5 clinical trials. Dr. Alavi was recruited to Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) at University of Toronto for her expertise in this field. Her extensive knowledge about online CBT gives OPTT the cutting edge to remain in the forefront of the field and ahead of the competitors. Now, Dr. Alavi is co-program medical director of emergency psychiatry at Kingston Health Sciences Centre of Queen's University and Co-psychiatrist in Chief of Department of Psychiatry.

Reza Omrani is a seasoned technologist with a strong R&D background in developing new products in both public companies and startups around Silicon Valley. Currently, he is a technical lead in the Tesla Autopilot team working on a proprietary sensor. Reza's expertise is in modeling complex systems and defining new data oriented and learning algorithmic and software solutions to problems at hand. He has used these skills in very diverse fields including autonomous driving, DNA sequencing, and wireless technology. Reza obtained his M.S. and Ph.D in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) focusing on information theory and discrete mathematics, furthermore he has earned M.S. of statistics from Stanford University focusing on data mining and machine learning. For the past two years Reza has been on the OPTT board helping with technology roadmap and decisions.

Wilson Kwan is a Canadian CPA, CA, and he is an experienced business leader with over a decade of experience in consulting, deals, and financial advisory, typically advising in a senior management capacity. Wilson was a former Vice President in Pricewaterhouse Cooper's Consulting & Deals practice, and has led many financial advisory, interim management, and sell-side corporate finance engagements in industries ranging from healthcare, high-tech, blockchain, real estate, retail and e-commerce, and in all sizes from $1.0 million to $5.4 billion in enterprise value. Wilson has been working with OPTT for almost a year now, assisting the company through a variety of financial matters including capital raising, financial modeling and forecasting and setting up the company's finance functions in Canada and USA.
