The owner, Dr Ethel Zulu is the founder and managing director of Hope Nutrition Consultants and a Nutritionist by profession. She has over 8 years of working for the Department of Agriculture in the Northwest before starting her own farming business. Her passion towards healthy living contributed to more than ten years working experience in the skills developing sector relating to Agriculture, Nutrition and Health, as well as construction. She also has extensive experience in the field of Health and Wellness, Food security, Community nutrition, agro-processing. She is fully involved helping disadvantaged communities to establish the subsistence farming projects all around the country, in order to address their food insecurity challenges. She holds a Doctoral degree in nutrition from the North West University (previously Potchefstroom University). She has also received training in sustainable development in countries such as Israel, Britain, Japan, United States of America and Indonesia. Furthermore, Dr Ethel Zulu is the founder and CEO of Nkanyiso a non-profit organization dealing with nutrition and HIV/AIDS relating to the care and support for vulnerable orphans and children.
