After studying psychology and working as a research assistant I switched to the corporate world. I started off in New York where I was responsible for digital and marketing projects at various start-ups which helped me adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. I was able to create my USP and niche which brought me to Accenture, one of the biggest consultancies in the world. The rest is history..... My focus is on transformation and change management as workshop lead, interim manager or PMO. I have helped start-ups, Fortune 500 and Dax 30 companies reach their next level. My emphasis is on problem-solving and innovation management by introducing new processes, challenging business strategies, and re-thinking technologies.
