Our head chef, Chef Eric Kim, has served numerous celebrities at their special event and private functions. Eric has earned the title "Sushi Artist" with 13 years of experience. He was honored with the role of Guest Chef at the prestigious annual food festival "Cooking for Solution", organized by the Monterey Bay Aquarium, in 2009 and 2010. He has been sharing his talent and experience with others since 2006 as a Sushi Instructor at the Culinary Center of Monterey.
