Allie has worked with people from all walks of life and enjoys treating a diverse range of people with all sorts of injuries or chronic health conditions. Allie is particularly interested in providing individually tailored clinical exercise prescription and management and providing hands on evidence-based treatments. Allie is particularly focused on empowering and educating her clients by utilising personalised strategies that work towards achieving outcomes that improve overall health and wellbeing. She believes in providing a client-centred, holistic and multidisciplinary approach to ensure her patients feel understood and supported throughout their injury journey. Kial obtained his Bachelors of Exercise Science and his Masters of Physiotherapy from Griffith University here on the Gold Coast. Since then he has been working in private practice helping people gain back their independence and to take control of their lives. He believes no two injury management strategies are the same and takes pride in knowing he does everything possible to get the best outcome for his patients. Kial appreciates how debilitating injuries can be and the impact they can have on your life. Utilising a combination of hands-on therapy and guided strength programs, Kial strives to fast-track your recovery and have you back to normality as quick as possible. Through his years of experience, Kial has observed the effects of chronic pain and the impact it can have on one's mental health. This gave a wider perspective on what quality healthcare should encompass, motivating Kial to broaden his scope of practice now collaboratively assisting in mental health management plans, primarily through guided exercise and hands-on therapy. Whether your injuries be new or old, Kial hopes to provide the solution to a happier, healthier, more active you.

Thomas Rowles

Tom graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelors of Exercise Science and Graduate Diploma of Exercise Physiology. Since graduating Tom has been helping others through their rehabilitation, utilising his knowledge and experience to help even the most complex of cases. Being an avid rugby league player Tom is no stranger to injury. Along with multiple other injuries, Tom was unfortunate to break both legs at the young age of 25. However, from this he developed a strong appreciation for rehabilitation and recognises the importance on providing the right plan to ensure a successful transition back to sport and everyday life.
