Mr Daniel has 17 years of international experience across property investment, corporate finance and funds management. Over the past 10 years he has transacted or advised on property transactions for private investors and institutions with a completed value of over USD2.5bn. Mr Daniel is experienced in direct, indirect and corporate transactions in all major real estate sectors. Prior to founding ADR Capital, Mr Daniel worked for some of the largest real estate institutions globally including CBRE, JLL and Babcock & Brown after starting his career with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. He has worked extensively across Europe and Asia Pacific having lived in London, Zurich and Sydney. Mr Daniel is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a Fellow of Finsia, holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Adelaide.
