Brett Lasher brings a diverse set of work experiences from his career spent across Strategy, Finance, Business Development & Operations. He began his career in the consulting industry, spending a number of years as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. Most recently, he spent the past 9 years in the Telecom/ Technology space with Cox Communications holding leadership roles within Strategy, M&A, and Innovation - culminating in his role launching and growing the Cox Private Networks business over the past 4 years. As the leader of Cox Private Networks, Brett developed the business strategy for this venture, built the team to support end-to-end delivery of private networks solutions and sold and deployed fully managed private network solutions across multiple verticals. He has also been a featured speaker on the topic of private networks at industry events such as Mobile World Congress & Dell Tech World.
Brett holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University.

David is a strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in the wireless industry. He is nationally recognized among industry peers and clients; having demonstrated a track record of identifying and implementing new wireless solutions that fundamentally improve an organization's operations and business performance. He has been a champion of the Digital Transformation occurring in the Public Safety markets and a pioneer and advocate for the benefits of private LTE in the government, enterprise, and consumer-residential markets. He has lead engineering, product management, client service, and sales teams - all involving wireless solutions spanning private LMR to public and private LTE technologies. David has driven broadband solutions adoption both domestically and on a global scale. He has also managed the launch of two new wireless companies in the DOD and Consumer Broadband markets and helped facilitate the acquisition of a mobile applications company by its primary competitor. David Dombrowski is the principal founder of D5 Consulting LLC and a Partner at Imagine Wireless. Previously, he held executive positions at Motorola Solutions, Lemko Corporation, and Smith Micro Software.

Peter is a Partner at Imagine Wireless, a consulting firm driving digital transformation across the Telecoms and Industrial sectors. He has over 40 years of experience leading and consulting major Telecom, Internet, Technology & Media companies regarding technology adoption, ideation, and instantiation efforts. He provides technical communications consulting strategy to device OEMs, (such as Kyocera, LG, HTC, and others) wireless MSOs, MNOs, and MVNOs (like Verizon and Comcast), IoT sectors of industry (like Google) as well as general business including DFW International Airport. Currently, he collaborates with companies on FTTH, Tower, Edge Data Center, and DAS installations as well as Wi-Fi 6 & 6E, private LTE, and 5G with deployments in CBRS and licensed spectrum.
He has been active in startup efforts and has been party to 4 successful exits and currently participates on the boards of more than a dozen promising ventures in the domains of AI/ML, IoT, Social Conversation and e-commerce, EV Security and Insurance, Secure Mobility (with 2 pending patents), AR/VR/XR, IT education for the disadvantaged and low cost / free home internet access, blockchain DRM technology, and home healthcare records administration. Peter works with innovative start-ups looking to scale their businesses and disrupt mature industries/markets.
Previously, he led GTM for the Americas in the Mobile and IoT at Accenture, Lead the Mobile Application Solutions practices at Capgemini, and was the US General Manager for Enterprise at Samsung Mobile (where he developed Samsung's KNOX TM security platform). Additionally, he has held executive positions at major communications and consulting firms such as Harris, GTE/Verizon, Sprint, Global Crossing, EDS/HP, and BearingPoint.
In 2009 Peter collaborated on the book, "Managing the Mobile Workforce", by David Clemons and Michael Kroth, Ph.D. (11/2010, McGraw Hill), along with Stephen Covey. He is a member of SMU's Big Data Advisory Board and has participated in the Business Working Group and Fixed Wireless Group of the CBRS / OnGo TM Alliance. He currently sits on the technical, advisory, and business boards of a dozen start-up companies. Peter is a globally renounced speaker on the topics of mobility and IoT and has chaired, spoken, and managed dozens of conferences for companies and organizations such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, IQPC, TIA, NTCA, CCA, WISPA, nGage, INDATEL, CES, OTA, RCR Wireless, OnGo, OTA among a dozen state telecommunications associations, and TIE.
