At Osinergmin, we are responsible for the rate regulation and the supervision of companies that operate in the electricity, hydrocarbon, and mining sectors. We also supervise these sectors with autonomy, technical capacity, and clear, predictable rules to conduct their activities in safe conditions and have a reliable and sustainable national energy supply... Osinergmin is part of a group of recognized international entities and maintains constant communication with its peers. Likewise, we have chaired the Ibero-American Association of Energy Regulators (ARIAE) and the International Confederation of Energy Regulators (ICER). Furthermore, we are members of several cooperative agencies such as the Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA), the Energy Transition Regulators Accelerator (RETA), and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
