LAMA SCIENCE

I wanted to be a researcher, sit in a lab, watch my cells grow and take care of them while listening to my hard rock music. I started studying Biotechnology Engineering and transferred to Molecular Biology and Genetics. It was all fun until I got to REALLY sit in a lab and watch the cells. It was the slowest universe I could have ever lived in... I love science, I love talking about it, and I know how and where to find it. So, when I learned about science communication, I never looked back... My journey began as a student with a plan to pursue academia. In 2015, I found myself increasingly turning to YouTube as a way to visualise what I am learning. The struggle for simple, accurate information got my creative juices flowing.
