Dr. Blake Adams graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2008 and practiced general dentistry until 2018. During his time in private practice he spent time training with Dr. Arun Garg, the Spear Institute, and eventually completing a Masters of Implantology through UNLV and the California Implant Institute.
In 2018 he pursued advanced implant training by attending a 3-year implant residency program through Loma Linda University. During his 3 years he was able to study with some of the most well known and respected implantologists including Dr. Jamie Lozada, Dr. Joseph Kan, and Dr. Charles Goodacre. Dr. Adams served as the chief surgical resident from 2020 to 2021.
Since completing his implant residency Dr. Adams has become a speaker for Nobel Biocare with a focus on digital implant planning, full mouth reconstruction, bone grafting, basic to advanced implant placement, and implant prosthetics. He continues to teach at Loma Linda University in the Center for Implant Dentistry as a part time faculty member.
Dr. Adams maintains a private practice in Palm Desert California with a focus on implant dentistry, bone grafting, digital workflows, and comprehensive full mouth rehabilitation. When not practicing dentistry or teaching, Dr. Adams is an avid runner, triathlete, and endurance athlete. He has completed many marathons, including the Boston Marathon along with multiple half Ironman events and ultra marathons. He has been married for 24 years and is the father of 4 children.
Dr. Brian J. Goodacre received his DDS degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2013. He completed a four-and-a-half-year combined program in Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2017, earning an MSD degree. He is a board-certified prosthodontist and the director of clinical technologies for Nobel Biocare North America. He is an adjunct professor at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry providing lectures to both dental and graduate students. Dr. Goodacre lectures both nationally and internationally on topics related to digital dentistry, prosthodontics, and implant dentistry. Additionally, he has published over twenty articles in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to 6 textbook chapters. He maintains a private practice located in Upland, California where he practices with his father and classmate.
Dr. Henry "Butch" Ferguson is an accomplished oral surgeon from Augusta, GA.

Dr. Leonetti has been performing implant dentistry for over 20 years. He's a faculty member of various continuing education programs throughout the country. He assists in implant site development, extractions, placement, grafting procedures and much more. Dr. Leonetti finds it rewarding to work with dental colleagues of all levels that are looking to improve their craft.
Dr. Leonetti is an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon in private practice in Pennsylvania. Dr. Leonetti has performed dental implant surgery for more than 25 years and participates in continuing education as a faculty member both nationally and internationally. Dr. Leonetti has published multiple peer review articles and is a contributing author in numerous textbooks. Primary topics of interest include medical evaluation of the dental implant patient, implant surgery, extraction site grafting, sinus augmentation, and management of dental implant complications. Dr. Leonetti is double board certified by both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and the American Board of Oral Implantology.
Dr. Joseph Leonetti received his DMD from Tufts New England School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, Dr. Leonetti completed a Fellowship in Dental Anesthesia at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at New York University Hospital Systems.
Dr. Leonetti is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Leonetti is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology. He has also achieved Fellowship status with the International Congress of Oral Implantology, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Leonetti is a board of director with the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Elabrashi is a prosthodontist with expertise in removable and fixed implant prosthodontics. He's a Diplomate with both the American Board of Prosthodontics and the American Board of Oral Implant Dentistry. He maintains a private practice limited to implants and prosthodontics. After obtaining a BS degree in biology from Arizona State University, Landon Winters transitioned to roles in dental assisting and office management. He is currently the Lab Director and CAD Designer at Aria Dental Implant Center, where he has personally designed and overseen production of over 3,000 digital All-on-4® cases.
Working together since 2018, Dr. Joe Mehranfar and Landon Winters have overseen more than 10,000 dental implant cases. In 2020 they established a full arch dental implant center of their own where they have cultivated strategic alliances in the advancement of the full arch digital workflow.
With his vast experience and diverse dental background, Mr. Winters has developed a keen understanding of digital dentistry and the journey required for its adoption. He focuses his lectures worldwide on overcoming the obstacles that hinder some dental professionals from transitioning to fully digital.
