Our firm of five lawyers, working together with tax advisors, certified accountants and patent lawyers, focuses on legal advice in all areas of business law, management consulting, restructuring and insolvency administration. Our clients are entrepreneurs and corporations of all sizes, mainly regional mid-sized companies, but also include international groups of companies, small companies and individuals... Following or guiding principle "legal advice as business advice" we aim at legal solutions which optimize the business processes of our clients. To this end we do not limit ourselves to observing the legal aspects of the various transactions we manage, but also participate as an external legal department in the shaping of these transactions at an early stage. In specific cases we cooperate with specialized colleagues both nationally and internationally.
