I have always been passionate about design and construction so when the stars aligned and presented the opportunity to start a business doing what I love I jumped in headfirst. Fast forward to over a decade of Scalish projects under my belt and I couldn't be happier. Working with some of the most talented and energetic people in the industry helping the very best clients bring their dreams to fruition is all that I could have imagined.
When my husband Frank and I decided to start our own construction business, I was confident that my corporate experience managing retail stores, developing employees, and building business nationally through education and training would help lay the foundation on which Scalish Construction now stands.
What drew me to Scalish was the idea of seeing a project through from start to finish as well as preserving the old architectural designs of buildings and houses.
I chose Scalish Construction because of the great culture and the passion and pride the team has in maintaining quality in all of the projects that they produce.
Having the opportunity to work on historical preservation projects at Scalish was a big draw for me.
I was drawn to Scalish by the variety and scope of the projects we take on as well as the overall company culture. I have continually been able to grow and learn while working at Scalish which is extremely rewarding.
Having worked in the trades since I was 13 years old with my dad, I felt like carpentry is what I was drawn to. #TeamScalish offers the opportunity to provide on site learning, which I appreciate. The team constantly drives me to be my best and that is the same caliber I hold for myself.
