Jaden Winfrey

Jaden was born and raised in a small town with a 1000 people and one blinking light in west central Texas. His family raised peanuts, wheat and hay and also ran a large cattle operation. Summers were spent in the hayfields and the Fall working harvest. In 2005 Jaden graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Wildlife Biology and a minor in Biology. He started my career in deep South Texas where he managed a 10,000 acre plus ranch. Jaden now lives in Brock, Texas with his wife and 3 boys ages 13,11 and 2. They are big into youth football and our boys work hard with their stockshow projects. You can also find him on the sidelines of the high school football games on Friday night doing the radio sideline reporting. Jaden has been working farm and ranch real estate for 15 years now and have helped clients all over Central and West Texas. What he loves about the job more than anything is helping a client turn a dream of owning a place into a reality. Stephanie Willey

Stephanie was given many opportunities to find what she loved most in life while growing up on her family Beefmaster show cattle ranch in Wills Point, TX. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Renewable Natural Resources. During her time at TAMU she was involved with the TAMU Softball team working as a student manager, member of Texas A&M Ducks Unlimited, and Aggie Spirit Bus Driver. Upon graduation, she accepted a high school Ag PARA position leading the Junior FFA program. Her heart and desire to be outdoors led her to pursue a career in ranch real estate. She is always striving to learn more and incorporate her knowledge about wildlife and ecosystem management to the list of services she can offer her clients. She is looking forward to establishing lifelong relationships and help her clients find a piece of Texas they can call their own!

Tracy and her husband, Cody Maxwell, started Capitol Ranch Real Estate in 2011 and have represented clients in over 55 counties throughout Texas. Whitley Whitewood

Born and raised in the Texas Hill Country, ranching and farming has been Whitley's family's livelihood for many generations. Along with her parents, they raise Angus and Hereford cattle, a variety of goats and have several head of horses. In addition to her ranching background, she has also been involved in rodeo since she was five years old. She has been blessed in that she was able to continue this sport in college on the Texas A&M and Texas A&M Commerce Rodeo Teams, where she received her Bachelor's and Master's degree. Her family history and background has molded her into the person she is today and she is forever thankful to have grown up in an agriculture family. Having the agriculture and ranching background that she has, she was taught at a young age the importance of hard work, dedication, responsibility, respect and faith. Her time in college allowed her to combine her love of communications and agriculture with her rodeo passion. The skills and connections she made has been essential in her career. After she graduated from college, she was able to fully pursue her ranch real estate career in Grimes county. She currently resides in the small town of Anderson, TX. In her free time, Whitley enjoys spending time with family and friends, rodeoing on the weekends, and traveling. Whitley's hope is to be able to bring a unique presence to this industry and company. She prides herself on putting her client's needs first and always taking the ethical and honest route. She vows to use her work ethic, dedication and communication skills to help buyers and sellers alike find the perfect fit for their property.
