GROVE - Key Persons

David Delk is a 1991 graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in both history and foreign affairs. In 1994, he graduated from the William and Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Va. While in law school, he served as president of the Student Bar Association and was a senior staff member of the William and Mary Law Review. David has been practicing law in the Ohio Valley since he moved here in 1995. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, West Virginia and Virginia. He is a member of the Ohio County Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar and the American Bar Association. David's law practice focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance disputes and employment disputes.

Jeffrey A. Grove is a 1989 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and obtained his law degree in 1992 from West Virginia University. Jeff is licensed in West Virginia and has spent his entire legal career representing individuals and corporations in the Ohio Valley. In his 28 years of practice, Jeff has focused his work on civil litigation and has represented clients for a variety of claims including personal injury, environmental, product liability, medical negligence and employment litigation, to name a few.
