GAIL GROVES SCOTT

Health Policy Network, L.L.C., based in Lancaster, PA, was founded in 2019 by Gail Groves Scott, MPH, a public health policy researcher. HPN's mission is to use research to inform policy, with a goal to reform structural health inequities and improve public health outcomes. HPN provides an opportunity for academic researchers, educators, public health professionals, and healthcare practitioners to collaborate on public health research and policy analysis.
