Tria Adelfi LLC (Tria) was formed in 2005 as a property management company for multifamily communities. In 2010, Tria expanded its business into affordable housing development. Tria is both a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE). The Members of Tria, Ms. Michelle Murray and Ms. Julia Foust, have over 40 years collectively of experience in property management, real estate finance, and housing development. Tria currently manages a total of 770 units in mixed-income, multifamily communities located on the Southside of Chicago and in Northwest Indiana.
