Since 1984, we've been helping people like you step up, lead, and make a real impact. With over 1,000 alumni (and counting!), we're proud to have so many leaders still rocking it right here in Topeka... At LGT, we're here to challenge and inspire leaders through adaptive leadership training, interactive experiences, and hands-on projects. Our goal? To equip you with the skills to transform and strengthen Topeka and Shawnee County.
