Adi has implemented national strategies to integrate innovations into existing treatment pathways. Adi serves as Industry Representative to the CMS MEDCAC Panel, and is co-Director of the NAMCP New Technologies Executive Leadership Council.

Carla Monacelli

Carla has worked in the fields of Government Affairs and Market Access for over 30 years. She has led reimbursement functions for multi-national companies, as well as for start-ups, including LivaNova, Nevro, AqueSys, and Torax Medical. Her experience in developing and creating teams to remove market access barriers across complex therapies is unique. Carla has an entrepreneurial spirit and, in addition to co-founding JDL Access, she also co-founded JD LYMON and Argenta Advisors.

Chris Lyle

Chris has been consulting in the medical technology sphere for over 20 years. A statistician by training, his practice focuses on evidence development initiatives to support regulatory and payor needs. He is currently the VP of Evidence Strategy at DuVal and Associates, P.A.

Mark Domyahn

Mark has committed his 25+ year career entirely to the healthcare industry, with the vast majority focused on medical technology, provider reimbursement, and health economics. Mark has extensive experience in payment policy, particularly for new technologies including CMS' New Technology Add-On Payment, Transitional Pass-Through and New Technology APC programs. He has led reimbursement functions for multi-national companies as well as for start-ups and, as a consultant, has helped numerous clients develop and execute reimbursement strategies.
