LIZ WILSON

Liz Wilson brings a unique combination of nonprofit, corporate, mid-size, and small business experience to our clients. Liz's focuses on talent acquisition strategy and searches at all levels with a special focus on building a diverse candidate pool in alignment with the organization's DE&I goals and objectives. Liz has led or contributed to the hiring and onboarding of thousands of people over her career. Liz's credentials include being an alumna of The Walt Disney Company, an organization that was an early adopter of diversity and inclusion strategies. As a manager, Liz developed and implemented an internal marketing program to increase the diversity of a team of elite trainers at the Disney University. Liz works closely with each client to identify the ideal candidate profile, establish an evaluation process, market the opportunity, and utilize both established and trending approaches to hiring. All with an eye towards helping the hiring manager make a decision that results in a successful, long-term hire. Her clients come from industries that include healthcare, tourism/travel, transportation, energy, nonprofits, transportation, and B2B services. Liz earned her B.A. in Communication from Purdue University and her MBA from the University of Florida. Her certifications include Professional Certified Coach, Human Capital Strategist, and Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Monica Faberman started her HR career building HR infrastructure for startups in Boston. Her deep experience spans the breadth of the full employee life cycle with focus areas in HR compliance, strategy and implementation, leadership coaching, systems design and implementation, benefits, team building, and HR Business Partner support. Monica finds passion in her work by creating positive and meaningful shared experiences with her clients. Her diverse experience brings a unique perspective to problem solving and creative solutioning for her clients. Monica earned her Bachelor's in International Affairs from Northeastern University and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College Carrol School of Management. She is a certified partner for Culture Talk and donates her time to community development initiatives in West Africa and the Dominican Republic.

Reagan Freed - Founder

Solvere HR was founded in 2016 by our owner, Reagan Freed, who has worked as an accomplished HR executive for over 20 years. Throughout her career, Reagan has worked across a number of industries and with many global companies to support their organizational goals and improve their bottom line. Reagan is a certified SHRM-SCP and specializes in HR strategy, employee engagement, compliance/policy development, process improvement, and leadership development. Reagan holds her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado State HR Council. As a small business expert, Reagan partners with the Boulder Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to provide HR consulting services.
