Vladimir Varas is a Fellow of the Institute of Accountants with many years of experience. Experience Vladimir has over 20 years' experience in the Superannuation Industry, holding Senior positions with AXA Australia, Colonial Mutual Life, NZI Life Insurance, Conagra Holdings Australia Pty Ltd and has been a member of the ATO Super Simplification SMSF Auditor Working Group. Vladimir founded Autumn Leaves Accountancy in 1997, after realising that clients were not receiving the customer service they deserved. Vladimir realised he needed to grow to cater to his clients' needs. This lead him to found La Vara Financial Planning, offering his clients specialised financial planning and investment management solutions to assist them to achieve their financial goals, keeping all their financial requirements in house and making sure they comprehensively received the best customer service available.
