Jonathan Icely

Dr. Icely graduated from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. While there he received a Masters level certificate in Public Health. He also participated in two research projects, in conjunction with the world famous Barrow Cleft and Craniofacial Center, to explore the efficacy of treatment in children with craniofacial abnormalities. Due to his passion in helping those with special needs he received an Award of Recognition from the Special Care Dentistry Association. He is currently continuing his education through University of Arizona college of Pediatric Medicine LEND program to broaden his approach to dentistry. Dr. Icely has four wonderful ladies in his life: his wife and three girls ages 5, 2, and 1. There is never a dull moment at home. As a daddy he enjoys giving piggy back rides, taking them for bike rides or randomly spoiling them with ice cream. He enjoys woodworking, spending time outside, rock climbing, mountain biking, long-range precision rifleman ship, or to relax and watch a movie with his wife when the kids are in bed. He enjoys staying involved with church and the community.

Mark A. Larsen

Dr. Larsen most enjoys spending time with his wife Hillary and four children. He loves the outdoors, sports, travel, is very involved in his church, and is fluent in Spanish.
