Bobby Dua specialises in real estate and has experience that spans a broad range of structures, transactions and asset classes.
Bobby has a diverse real estate client base, with particular experience working with private equity funds, family offices and private and public companies.
Bobby's transaction experience includes tax and financial due diligence, acquisition and deal structuring, tax forecasting, financing/refinancing and vendor assist work.
Bobby has also advised on ongoing UK tax considerations for UK real estate portfolios, including advising non-resident landlords on the transition to corporation tax, as well as assisting with direct and indirect tax compliance work for UK and non-UK companies.

Mariano Blanco began his professional career in the Spanish Tax Administration in the Inspection Department where he carried out verification and inspection work mainly in relation to Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax and Value Added Tax. In the mid-1990s, he joined the management of the Spanish Tax Administration Agency, holding, among others, the post of Head Inspector in Barcelona. Since 2000 he has pursued his professional career at ARCO Abogados and is currently Managing Partner of the firm. Since 2014, he has represented ARCO in WTS Global. Throughout these years he has also been a lecturer in both universities and other specialized forums. Mariano Blanco is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2000

He has over 15 years of experience in advising international corporate clients, financial institutions, private equity firms and high net worth individuals/families.
