Cirò, a restaurant founded by Francis McFadden and Saundra Buck in the Fall of 2019, faced unprecedented challenges in its first year of operation. After only four months of serving customers, the global pandemic forced the closure of many businesses, including Cirò. As if that was not enough, the Cirò family suffered a tragic loss when Fran McFadden passed away on December 12, 2021. Saundra and the rest of the staff were determined to overcome this adversity and honor Fran's memory...
